Always great experience to reborn
The staff at reception is super kind and very professional, always ready to respond promptly to guest's requests. The size and comfort of bedrooms are excellent as well as bathroom sizes and of course the amazing SPA in the basement. The restyling added huge value to this historical hotel with an elegant gate and the entire lobby and common area. The use of engineered marble on the floor, cladding, and table shows an accurate design that pays attention to combining innovative materials into a classic context.
I suggest improving the 58-degree restaurant overall and particularly the ventilation system. I suggest informing even on Booking.com presentation about the closure of the pool every Tuesday to allow customers to plan properly their stays.

Wonderful rooms, Amazing Terme but the Food not great
"The rooms are fantastic, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the rooms and the cleanliness was spotless! Well done to the cleaning crew. However, it's a shame that the hotel doesn't make more of an effort for out-of-country visitors; it seems to be more focused on the local clientele. The hotel attached to the Terme has enormous potential to be even better than it already is. By providing better culinary expirience, tailored packages for welness and improved UI expirience for english speaking clients. As it was only clear to me about the treatments offered and its avaialbility , once I was there ( a bit too late for some to book)
I was disappointed with the breakfast during my 5-day stay. There was a very limited choice of hot food and fruits, and the selection remained the same throughout my stay. There were too many biscuits and cakes, and not enough healthy options. As for dinner, it was really bad. The food was served cold and the atmosphere was dull. The service at the diner was poor, resembling something out of Fawlty Towers. The metro also had issues, with a strong smell of alcohol most of the time, and the staff seemed to forget orders frequently. I had a disappointing experience at the Spa due to the unfriendly and old-fashioned staff who seemed to have forgotten that customers visit spas to feel pampered, not to be treated poorly. Most of the therapists behaved as if they did not want to be there, although I did have a few exceptions who were new to the spa and provided excellent services. I appreciated the efforts of the Spa manager, but unfortunately, the conduct of her inherited therapists was not within her control, which is a shame as she is trying hard to improve the experience. But an important point to make that the Spa staff and the staff from the health treatments zones are different, I had a great service from very friendly assistance at the GROTO & FANGI . The ladies were 5* :) with their limited english they made me feel so welcome and pumpered , I would go back to them any time. The services for the Groto and Fangi need to be booked directly as its not availble on site. But the hotel receptionists ( the ladies ) were brilliant at helping to sort out the appoitmnets. The one gentelmen at the reception was far too grumpy , compaire to his femail colleagues - unfortunatly do not remember the name for a shout out ! Will be back to the place but perhaps not eat there :)

I would like to be back if conditions improve. to pay for the swimming poool for guests is not kind
It could be of better quality and variety. I had been there previously a couple of times about 20-25 years before. And I don’t think it has improved….sorry.
I am sorry not having time for more details. Too many cakes and sweets less more healthy products. Egg and bacon were terrible….hot milk or coffee not easily available, no natural juices, etc.
